My name is Kay Wood (MAR) After 25 years of working in the commercial world I turned to alternative therapy to help me with work related stress and the menopause. The impact was incredible & I soon realised I wanted to be practising in what had worked for me. My passion took me firstly to Reiki then Reflexology. I have worked with many stroke patients, clients with debilitating migraines, circulation problems, stress, sleep issues & more recently I have developed an understanding of Long Covid.

Complementary therapies take a holistic approach to your physical and mental health. For me, the results I have seen practising Reiki and Reflexology fill me with confidence that they can have a huge impact for those who are committed in taking the necessary steps towards healing their minds and bodies.
